Investment-cast lugs are painstakingly engraved at the bottom bracket and fork crown for added detail that harks back to the golden age of cycling.


Investment cast lugs Investment casting produces a high quality lug from a wax cast. This laborious process creates a lug that is stronger and has a clean finish and join with tubes.	Heat treated steel All of our triple-butted steel tubes are heat treated. Heat treated metal raises the yield strength for the entire tube, increasing dent and impact resistance. This enables the tube to be made with less material creates a lighter frame.	Etched detailing The top eyes, bottom bracket and head tube feature the Condor logo etched into the metal. We hand finish the detail in an opposing colour.
